S.Khon Kaen Foods Public Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” places great importance on the protection of personal data of executives, employees, and staff, hereinafter referred to as “employees.” To comply with the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562, the Company has issued this Privacy Notice, hereinafter referred to as “the Policy,” to inform users about their rights and obligations, as well as the conditions for giving consent to the Company to collect, use, and disclose personal data.

“Personal Data” refers to information about an individual that enables the identification of that individual, whether directly or indirectly, but does not include specific information of deceased persons.

  2. To prevent or suppress danger to life, body, or health
  3. To comply with the law
  4. For legitimate interests of the Company: Collection necessary for legitimate interests of the Company, considering the rights of the data owner, such as fraud prevention, network security, protecting rights and freedoms of the data owner
  5. For research or statistical purposes: Collection for historical documentation or archives for public interest or for research or statistics, provided appropriate measures are in place to protect the rights and freedoms of the data owner
  6. To perform a state mission: Collection necessary for performing tasks for public interest or under state authority assigned to the Company
Data Retention Period

The Company will retain personal data for as long as the user remains a user of the Company’s services, and reserves the right to retain data for an additional 10 years after service termination to protect and defend the Company’s rights, unless otherwise required by law. The Company may retain data longer if necessary.
